  • Research property histories, review environmental records, conduct site reconnaissance and interviews, and evaluate potential environmental concerns.
  • Develop clear conclusions regarding recognized environmental conditions, significant data gaps, and the need for additional investigation.
  • Support environmental and regulatory reviews for telecommunications projects, including NEPA documentation and permitting coordination, as appropriate to experience.
  • Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and multidisciplinary project teams to support environmental due diligence and project delivery.
  • Analyze environmental data, maintain accurate project records, and assist with scopes of work, budgets, and technical report preparation.

    • Working effectively with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Working knowledge of ASTM E1527-21, All Appropriate Inquiries requirements, and applicable environmental regulations.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Willingness to travel to job sites approximately once per month, with occasional overnight stays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Earth Science, Environmental Science and Management, Geology, or related field.
