The Role

• Facilitate shift-by-shift allocation of nursing staff to patient care units based on identified needs.
• Review staffing reports and collaborate with charge nurses to ensure adequate coverage.
• Analyze staffing patterns and trends to identify imbalances and coordinate adjustments.
• Contact staff members to manage excused absences and confirm availability.
• Assist in orienting new staff and managers to established staffing practices and guidelines.

What You'll Need

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Prior experience in a patient care or support role within an inpatient setting preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
