Description
Join our dynamic legal team in a hybrid role based in Vienna, VA, where you will provide essential legal and administrative support. 
This contract position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage high-volume, complex legal matters. 
Proficiency in generic office technology is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
Manage intake of legal matters and provide initial analysis on organizational impact. Deliver prompt and comprehensive responses to all communications. Monitor legal matters proactively, including preparing summaries and tracking case calendars. Serve as a liaison with external counsel, internal clients, and other relevant contacts. Conduct research and support preparation for depositions, hearings, and trials. Qualifications
Experience in a paralegal role, preferably within a high-volume environment.

Strong communication skills for drafting business communications and reports. Ability to manage complex legal matters independently and with sound judgment. Proficiency in maintaining legal documents and electronic document management systems. Experience in supporting workplace investigations and fact-gathering processes. Contact Authorization
