The Position

Our client is seeking to fill a Branch Manager role in the Holly Springs, GA market. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively leading branch sales, service, and community outreach initiatives. This role oversees branch staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service, including account transactions, loan applications, new accounts, and issue resolution, all within established policies and guidelines. 

This opportunity has a generous salary of up to $75K plus bonus and an excellent benefits package. (This is not a remote position)

Branch Manager responsibilities include:

  • Guide, coach, and develop branch staff through effective leadership, communication, and accountability.

  • Coordinate training and serve as a key resource for branch staff.

  • Identify opportunities for customer growth and bank awareness within the community.

  • Manage branch performance to achieve financial and operational goals established by the bank’s strategic plan.

  • Ensure the branch is operating efficiently and that all equipment, systems, and facilities are maintained to standard.

  • Communicate effectively with executive management, peers, and customers to ensure alignment and transparency.

  • Make sound lending decisions and provide justification for approvals or denials in compliance with all state and federal fair lending regulations.

  • Support customers with consumer loans, assisting staff and underwriters as needed with applications, documentation, and communication.

  • Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations, including S.A.F.E. Act, BSA, and related requirements.

  • Lead daily branch operations and business development activities that provide exceptional service to current and prospective customers.

  • Safeguard the security of customers, staff, and branch assets, including information, funds, and facilities.

  • Promote the bank in the community through outreach, partnership, and participation in local events.

You also bring the following skills and experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in consumer lending and business development experience strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role within a banking or credit union environment.
