The Role • Undertake a 3-year training program for a Registered Nurse, with EU recognition. • Gain practical experience through placements with partner organizations, including hospitals. • Learn to provide comprehensive care, support, and consultation to elderly individuals, promoting their independence. • Assist residents with personal care, dressing, and mealtimes. • Administer treatments, including medication and wound care. • Contribute to documentation and perform administrative and organizational tasks. • Acquire in-depth knowledge of current quality standards and legal frameworks in elderly care. • Receive dedicated guidance and support from experienced practice supervisors throughout your training. What You'll Need • A secondary school qualification (Realschulabschluss, extended Hauptschulabschluss, or Hauptschulabschluss plus at least two years of vocational training or one year of nursing assistant training). • Excellent interpersonal skills, politeness, and a well-groomed appearance. • A genuine passion for working with the elderly and those requiring care. • Strong communication, customer orientation, and teamwork abilities. • A responsible, reliable, and empathetic approach to care. • Good German language skills (minimum B2 level).
