The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members during breakdowns.
• Handle a variety of tasks including battery, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding.
• Combine technical expertise with outstanding customer service in dynamic situations.
• Operate a company van fully equipped with tools and diagnostic equipment.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to think on your feet and make informed decisions under pressure.
