Your New Company

A fast-growing, digital-first consumer brand is looking for an experienced Head of Growth to join its leadership team. With a strong international presence and ambitious expansion plans, the business has established itself as a market leader within a premium customer-focused sector. Backed by significant investment and a highly entrepreneurial leadership team, the company is entering an exciting new phase of growth and is seeking a commercially driven marketing leader to help scale customer acquisition, retention and revenue across multiple markets.
Your New Role

As Head of Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's global growth marketing strategy, driving customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value across international markets. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will lead growth planning, performance marketing, CRM and customer lifecycle strategies while managing a multi-channel marketing budget.
You will oversee a growing team, lead agency relationships, establish robust reporting frameworks and use customer insight and analytics to drive commercial performance. Working closely with senior stakeholders across commercial, sales and finance functions, you will play a key role in shaping the future growth of the business.
What You Will Need to Succeed

Proven experience in a Head of Growth, Growth Marketing Director, Performance Marketing Director or similar senior leadership position.
A track record of scaling high-growth, digital-first businesses through significant growth phases.
Strong expertise across performance marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, paid media and customer acquisition.
Experience managing substantial marketing budgets and linking marketing investment directly to commercial outcomes.
Strong analytical skills with a data-led approach to decision making.
Previous experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.
Experience within consumer, e-commerce, travel, hospitality, luxury, subscription or other high-consideration purchase environments would be advantageous.
A commercially minded, entrepreneurial approach with the ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when required.
What You Will Get in Return

Salary of up to 80,000 plus management bonus.
The opportunity to join an ambitious, high-growth business during a key stage of its expansion journey.
Significant scope for professional development and future career progression.
Direct exposure to senior leadership and involvement in strategic business decisions.
A collaborative, entrepreneurial culture where innovation and growth are encouraged.
A comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future success of the organisation.
