The Role

• Actively promote the short-term rental fleet to customers within an assigned territory.
• Collaborate with management to coordinate rental opportunities and ensure timely documentation submission.
• Spend a minimum of 80% of time engaging with customers independently or with Territory Managers.
• Review and process all incoming rental leads within 24 hours of receipt.
• Build relationships with re-rental partners to increase department revenue.
• Monitor fleet usage and time/territory management to achieve departmental goals.

What You'll Need

• Proven sales experience, ideally in the heavy equipment industry.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment, with a plus for John Deere experience.
• Prior experience with equipment rentals is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
