The Role • Lead national and international multi-projects in missile artillery from acquisition to customer acceptance, managing timelines, quality, and costs. • Define technical requirements, create technical documentation, status reports, and specifications in both German and English. • Prepare for, participate in, and potentially lead contract negotiations and meetings domestically and internationally. • Coordinate internal departments and report progress to program/department management. • Collaborate closely with commercial project staff and develop decision-making proposals for strategic choices, including creating offers. What You'll Need • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification. • Several years of experience in project management; certifications are a plus. • Strong technical understanding is essential, with commercial understanding being beneficial. • Independent, structured, and reliable work ethic, coupled with teamwork and assertiveness. • Proficient in MS Office and fluent in English; willingness to travel extensively.
