Technical Project Manager - Missile Artillery | Kassel, Germany | Hybrid
We're hiring on behalf of a globally recognised leader in the defense industry, known for its comprehensive product portfolio and commitment to innovation. The Role
- Lead national and international multi-projects in missile artillery from acquisition to customer acceptance, managing timelines, quality, and costs.
- Define technical requirements, create technical documentation, status reports, and specifications in both German and English.
- Prepare for, participate in, and potentially lead contract negotiations and meetings domestically and internationally.
- Coordinate internal departments and report progress to program/department management.
- Collaborate closely with commercial project staff and develop decision-making proposals for strategic choices, including creating offers.
What You'll Need
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification.
- Several years of experience in project management; certifications are a plus.
- Strong technical understanding is essential, with commercial understanding being beneficial.
- Independent, structured, and reliable work ethic, coupled with teamwork and assertiveness.
- Proficient in MS Office and fluent in English; willingness to travel extensively.
