Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ITONICS Functional Consultant / SME with strong hands-on experience in the ITONICS Idea Management product. The candidate should have a good understanding of innovation and idea management processes and be able to work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into ITONICS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a functional SME for ITONICS Idea Management.
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to idea and innovation management.
• Configure and support idea submission, evaluation, prioritization, workflows, and processes within ITONICS.
• Work with business users and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide functional solutions.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and implementation of ITONICS functionalities.
• Provide guidance and best practices around Idea Management processes.

Must Have Skills:

• Strong ITONICS
• SME/Functional experience in Idea Management.
• Experience with innovation management processes.
• Strong business requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills.
