The Role • Perform image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT) using modern techniques for precise and targeted treatments. • Administer stereotactic radiation therapy with high accuracy, minimizing impact on surrounding tissues. • Conduct intraluminal, intracavitary, and interstitial brachytherapy, tailoring treatments to individual patient needs. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, medical physicists, and other technologists. • Ensure high standards of patient care and safety throughout the treatment process. What You'll Need • Completed state-recognized training as a Medical Technical Radiology Assistant (MTR/MTRA) or equivalent, with current radiation protection expertise. • Ideally, prior experience in radiation therapy. • A genuine passion for the profession, coupled with an empathetic and patient-oriented approach. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
