We are working with a highly regarded London professional services firm looking for a CRM & Client Data Manager to take ownership of its CRM strategy, data quality and adoption across a 400 to 500 user environment.

This is more than a CRM administration role. You will have the opportunity to shape how CRM is used across the organisation, influence future technology decisions and help embed a new approach across both Business Development & Marketing teams and senior fee earners.

What's on offer:

  • Salary up to £75,000
  • Hybrid working, 3 days in the London office and 2 days remote
  • 26 days' annual leave, with the option to buy up to 5 additional days
  • Private medical insurance
  • Weekly fitness and yoga session
  • Clear opportunities for career development within a growing BD & Marketing function

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the implementation and ongoing development of the organisation's CRM approach
  • Take ownership of Interaction+ Hybrid and help determine the future CRM strategy
  • Maintain high standards of CRM and client data quality
  • Develop policies covering data creation, maintenance, deletion, bounce-backs, unsubscribes and minimum data standards
  • Implement GDPR-compliant contact onboarding and preference management processes
  • Act as the internal CRM subject matter expert and first point of contact for users
  • Manage relationships with CRM and marketing technology suppliers
  • Deliver CRM training to new joiners, BD & Marketing colleagues and senior fee earners
  • Produce reporting and analytics to support key client programmes, campaigns, events and targeting initiatives
  • Assess emerging CRM and email marketing technology and recommend future investment

Technology includes:

  • Interaction+ Hybrid
  • Vuture
  • IQ
  • Cirrom
  • CRM reporting and analytics tools

You'll ideally bring:

  • 4+ years' CRM experience, including experience within a law firm
  • Strong hands-on experience with Interaction+ Hybrid
  • Experience implementing or embedding a CRM platform or new CRM approach
  • Excellent client and marketing data management skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting capability
  • Project management experience
  • Confidence training and influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • A commercially minded, proactive and collaborative approach

If you're looking for a CRM role where you can genuinely shape strategy rather than simply maintain a system, apply today to find out more.
