Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Website UI/UX Designer to design scalable, intuitive, and visually compelling web and internal digital experiences.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UI/UX Design, Visual Design, Interaction Design, Design Systems, Website Redesign/Migration, Rapid Prototyping, and AI-powered design tools/workflows.

Responsibilities

Design user-friendly, high-performing, and conversion-focused web experiences.
Support UI/UX design for IT foundational platforms, first-party/internal tools, Data Portals, and Tableau-based experiences.
Translate complex business and technical requirements into intuitive interfaces.
Build and evolve scalable design systems.
Support website redesign and migration initiatives.
Create quick prototypes for stakeholder/team review and rapidly iterate based on feedback.
Collaborate closely with developers, marketing, brand, IT, data, and cross-functional teams.
Deliver polished, production-ready UI/UX designs.
Leverage AI-powered design tools and workflows to accelerate ideation, prototyping, design iterations, and overall creative efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong experience in Website and Enterprise UI/UX Design.
Expertise in Visual Design, Interaction Design, Design Systems, and Rapid Prototyping.
Experience designing internal tools, enterprise platforms, dashboards, data portals, or Tableau-related user experiences.
Good working knowledge of AI-powered design tools to iterate and deliver designs faster.
Experience with website redesign and migration projects.
Strong strategic thinking, systems thinking, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment.
