Senior Software Developer

The Role

• Design, build, and operate data pipelines, backend services, and web applications that power digital insights products
• Improve ETL automation, monitoring, and data quality as volumes and module complexity grow
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders through coordinated, date-certain product releases
• Employ an AI-first approach to investigation, implementation, and code review while collaborating closely with product owners

What You'll Need

• Five or more years of professional software development experience, with meaningful ownership of production backend or data systems
• Strong Python experience building and maintaining services or data tooling in production, alongside significant experience with relational databases at scale
• Hands-on ETL or data pipeline ownership, including data modeling, batch processing, automation, and reliability
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent practical experience
