Job Description:

Seeking a Requirements Engineer to elicit, analyze, document, and manage system requirements while supporting systems engineering activities across vehicle or subsystem-level projects.

Responsibilities:
• Elicit and analyze requirements from customers, project managers, and technical teams.
• Create, manage, and maintain requirements using CodeBeamer.
• Ensure requirements are clear, complete, accurate, and traceable.
• Apply INCOSE principles to improve requirement quality.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to resolve requirement gaps and conflicts.
• Support development of test plans and test cases.
• Develop and manage integration and interface requirements across platforms/modules.
• Support and coach teams on Systems Engineering tools and processes.

Required Skills:
• B.S. in Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of product subsystem design engineering experience within a Stage Gate process.
• Experience with systems engineering and requirements development.
• Experience at vehicle or subsystem level is preferred.
• Proficiency with requirements tools such as CodeBeamer, DOORS, Jama, or RequisitePro.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
