SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Implementation Consultant

Our client's ERP system continues to modernize its SAP landscape through implementation of SAP S/4HANA and embedded governance capabilities. To support this initiative, the project requires an experienced SAP GRC consultant to lead the design, migration and implementation of Governance, Risk and Compliance capabilities.

The consultant will work closely with Security, Internal Controls, Risk Management and Business Process Owners.

Responsibilities
As part of the ERP Delivery Team, and under the supervision of ERP staff, the consultant will be responsible for:
? Lead implementation and migration of SAP GRC into the SAP S/4HANA landscape.
? Assess the existing SAP GRC Hub implementation and develop migration strategy toward Embedded GRC where applicable.
? Design Governance, Risk and Compliance architecture aligned with SAP best practices.

Configure SAP Access Control including:
? Access Risk Analysis
? Emergency Access Management
? Business Role Management
? Access Request Management
? User Provisioning

? Configure SAP Process Control.
? Configure SAP Risk Management.
? Design and implement Segregation of Duties (SoD) rule sets.
? Perform SoD remediation workshops with business stakeholders.
? Design firefighter processes and emergency access procedures.
? Implement workflow approvals using MSMP.
? Configure provisioning connectors for SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC and cloud applications.
? Support integration with SAP Cloud Identity Services where applicable.
? Design automated control monitoring and continuous controls monitoring.
? Support migration of configuration, master data and rule sets from existing GRC environments.
? Develop governance standards, operational procedures and administration documentation.
? Support testing activities including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Production Cutover.
? Deliver administrator and end-user knowledge transfer sessions.

Required Experience and Skills:
A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience implementing SAP GRC solutions including:
? Minimum three SAP GRC implementation projects.
? Strong experience implementing SAP GRC 12.x.
? Experience with SAP S/4HANA embedded security concepts.

Extensive experience with:
? SAP Access Control
? SAP Process Control
? SAP Risk Management
? Emergency Access Management
? Business Role Management
? MSMP Workflow

? Experience migrating SAP GRC Hub to SAP S/4HANA environments.
? Experience building and maintaining SoD rule sets.
? Strong knowledge of SAP authorization concepts.
? Experience with SAP Fiori security integration.
? Experience configuring SAP provisioning frameworks and connectors.
? Experience integrating SAP GRC with Microsoft Entra ID, IAS, IPS or Identity Management solutions.
? Knowledge of audit and compliance frameworks including COSO.
? Experience working with Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Management teams.
? Strong documentation, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
? Excellent communication and presentation skills.
