The Role • Provide day-to-day care and support to young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs. • Foster positive relationships and guide young people towards a brighter future. • Facilitate daily routines, including school preparation, homework assistance, and activity planning. • Engage young people in enjoyable activities, both structured and spontaneous. • Support the well-being and personal development of each child. • Maintain accurate and thorough records. What You'll Need • A supportive and empathetic approach, with a genuine desire to make a difference in young people's lives. • Resilience and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively. • A "can-do" attitude and strong teamwork skills. • A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months. • Willingness to study for a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare if not already held. • Honesty and empathy are essential qualities.
