• Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled CNO Developer to join our Virtualization Team supporting mission-critical cyber operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in low-level systems programming, embedded development, and Windows internals, with a passion for solving complex technical challenges in secure and virtualized environments.

Core Tasks

• Develop and maintain low-level software in C, targeting Windows platforms and embedded systems.
• Apply deep understanding of Windows internals to support the development of stealthy and resilient capabilities.
• Implement and optimize memory management techniques for performance and stability in constrained environments.
• Analyze and implement network protocols, including secure communication layers such as SSL/TLS.
• Perform reverse engineering and debugging of binaries to identify issues, understand behavior, and enhance functionality.
• Collaborate with team members to integrate capabilities into virtualized environments and support mission deployment.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and technical discussions to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Desired Skills

• Experience with Python for scripting, automation, or rapid prototyping.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, KVM).
• Exposure to malware analysis, exploit development, or CNO toolchains.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in CNO-related work.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus five (5) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
