Overview

Join our supportive team in Tamworth as a passionate and skilled Car Insurance Claims Assessor (internally known as a "Motor Claims Adjuster"). In this exciting role, you’ll play a key part in guiding our commercial customers through their claims journey, making a real difference when they need it most.


How you'll make an impact

  • Take ownership of a diverse portfolio of motor claims, including damage, credit hire, and injury cases.
  • Oversee the entire claims process, making key decisions on fraud, liability, and settlements.
  • Collaborate with clients, brokers, suppliers, and claimants through phone and email to deliver exceptional service.
  • Share your expertise by mentoring and supporting less experienced team members.
  • Strengthen client relationships by attending meetings and fostering meaningful partnerships.

About You

  • You bring valuable experience in managing motor damage and credit hire claims.
  • You have a solid understanding of insurance principles and a proactive approach to claims handling.
  • You’re well-versed in OICP and MOJ Portal Claims processes.
  • Your keen eye for detail and commitment to outstanding customer service set you apart.
  • You thrive in a team environment, always ready to share your expertise and support your colleagues.
