Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced CRD Implementation Program Manager with 15+ years of program management experience and extensive expertise leading Charles River Development (CRD) implementations within the Asset Management or Wealth Management domain.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of directing multiple full-lifecycle CRD implementations, managing global workstreams, establishing strong program governance, recovering delayed schedules, and effectively partnering with executive stakeholders, custodians, and vendor teams.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

CRD Implementation & Domain Expertise

• 15+ years of experience in CRD product implementation program management.
• Extensive experience leading multiple full-lifecycle Charles River Development (CRD) implementations.
• Strong experience within the Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Investment Management domain.
• Strong understanding of the Charles River Development platform and its front-to-back workflows.
• Experience with Order Management System (OMS), Execution Management System (EMS), and compliance engines.
• Ability to coordinate complex CRD implementation activities across business and technology teams.

Program Governance & Leadership

• Establish and maintain robust program governance frameworks, processes, and controls.
• Manage complex program budgets, resources, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Drive end-to-end accountability across multiple global workstreams and delivery teams.
• Establish effective reporting mechanisms, program metrics, RAID management, and executive-level status reporting.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, technology delivery, and implementation milestones.

Scheduling & Planning / Program Recovery

• Diagnose complex program delivery and scheduling challenges.
• Identify critical path dependencies, resource constraints, risks, and delivery bottlenecks.
• Develop and execute recovery plans for delayed or at-risk implementation timelines.
• Rebaseline schedules and coordinate cross-functional teams to bring programs back on track.
• Proactively identify potential delivery risks and establish appropriate mitigation strategies.

Executive Stakeholder Management

• Demonstrate exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Manage and influence USA-based and global C-suite executives, business heads, steering committees, and senior stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level program updates, status reports, risk assessments, and escalation materials.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and drive timely decisions on critical program issues.
• Build strong relationships across business, technology, operations, and vendor organizations.

Vendor & Cross-Functional Management

• Manage strategic relationships with custodian partners, State Street, Charles River, and other vendor teams.
• Coordinate effectively across IT, Trading, Operations, Compliance, and business teams.
• Bridge communication and delivery gaps between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Manage vendor dependencies, deliverables, escalations, and implementation commitments.
• Ensure effective collaboration across geographically distributed/global teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 15+ years of Program/Project Management experience, with significant experience in financial services.
• Proven experience leading Charles River Development (CRD) implementations.
• Strong Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Investment Management domain experience.
• Deep understanding of CRD, OMS/EMS, trading workflows, and compliance processes.
• Demonstrated experience managing large, complex, full-lifecycle implementations.
• Strong program governance, financial/budget management, resource management, and risk management experience.
• Proven ability to recover delayed programs and manage complex delivery schedules.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with State Street, Charles River, custodians, and other financial services vendors.
• Strong experience managing global, cross-functional teams and workstreams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale/global CRD implementations.
• Experience working with State Street and Charles River vendor teams.
• Strong understanding of investment management operations and front-to-back trading processes.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid program delivery methodologies.
• PMP, PgMP, or similar program management certification is a plus.
