Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Architects to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Design, develop, and maintain IBM WebSphere Transformation Extender (WTX) integration solutions, including type trees, EDI maps, functional maps, and event-driven processing.
2. Architect EDI integrations between SAP ERP and external business partners using IDoc, ALE, X12, EDIFACT, and related integration standards.
3. Coordinate integration requirements, technical designs, development activities, testing, and user acceptance testing with client stakeholders and offshore delivery teams.
4. Troubleshoot production integration issues, optimize high-volume data exchanges, and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and integration standards.

Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	6–9 years of experience in integration architecture, B2B/EDI integration, middleware design, and enterprise application integration, with significant hands-on IBM WTX or Mercator experience. The role description specifies 10+ years of B2B/EDI experience.
Technical Skills	IBM WebSphere Transformation Extender, IBM WTX 8.x, EDI Mapping, SAP ERP Integration, IDoc, ALE, X12, EDIFACT, B2B Gateways, SQL Server and ODBC Adapters
Business / Domain Skills	Experience supporting enterprise B2B integration and electronic data interchange (EDI) across customer, vendor, and business partner ecosystems, including order management, advance shipping notices, invoicing, forecasting, and inventory transactions. Experience designing, developing, enhancing, and integrating enterprise applications, APIs, interfaces, workflows, batch processes, and data-processing components supporting government programs. Experience integrating SAP ERP and S/4HANA business processes with external trading partners and enterprise systems, including order-to-cash, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and financial transaction exchanges. Experience coordinating client stakeholders, integration architecture teams, and offshore development teams to manage partner onboarding, EDI standards, transaction validation, production support, issue resolution, and reliable high-volume business data exchanges.
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with RosettaNet Partner Interface Processes, Axway or comparable B2B gateways, and value-added network (VAN) connectivity.
2. Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP with external trading partners and managing EDI partner profiles.
3. Experience supporting high-volume integration environments, production performance tuning, and client-facing coordination across onsite and offshore teams.
