5+ years of hands-on software engineering/development experience.

Strong programming experience with Python.

Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript/JavaScript.

Strong experience with PostgreSQL/Postgres.

Hands-on experience building AI agents / Agentic AI applications.

Experience with LLM-based application development and AI-assisted workflows.

Experience with Spec-Driven Development (SDD) or specification-first software development.

Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

Experience developing production-quality applications rather than only proof-of-concepts.

Strong understanding of SDLC, testing, debugging, code reviews, and CI/CD.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation.
