Provide services and support as a Project Engineering Manager A [ProSidian Strategic Resourcing and Professional Staff Augmentation for Engineering (Eng) Solutions and Services] aligned with the Engineering (Eng) Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline in the Nuclear And Environmental Management Industry Sector. 

This role focusses on Human Capital | Project Management | Engineering | Environmental | Compliance | Risk Management | IT Effectiveness | Business Process | Training Knowledge Management Solutions for clients such as Savannah River Mission Completion, LLC (SRMC) | SRMC Supply Chain / Procurement supporting the Liquid Waste Program under DOE prime contract 89303322DEM000068 Generally Located In Aiken, South Carolina and across the Southeast | South Atlantic | CONUS Region (Of Country/World) Working On-Site (Client Site).

Provide Engineering (Eng) Services and Solutions as a ProSidian Engagement Team Member working in a capacity that Supports professional engineering activities through planning, analysis, coordination, documentation, compliance, quality assurance, and stakeholder support..  Integrate Engineering, design, procurement, construction, operations, and Project  controls to deliver complex modifications successfully.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Project Engineering Manager A | Engineering (Eng) [L07830]

•  Provides overall Engineering and/or design direction, leadership and management for assigned Project s and tasks.
•  Integrates and manages Engineering resources for assigned Project s, by assisting in establishing design criteria, staffing plans, schedules and Engineering tools for Engineering tasks.
•  Provides administrative direction to assigned leads and managers. Responsible for overall management, scheduling, and priority of the tasks and Project s assigned.
•  Manages the administration, document control, Project  control and quality Engineering sections for all assigned Project s through section supervisors.
•  Resolves conflicts between Project  direction and technical direction from the functional managers.
•  Participates in department and site wide programmatic issues resolution and quality improvements.
•  Responsible for staffing, evaluating, and developing a reporting organization capable of achieving the objectives of the Project s assigned.
•  Manages activities of subcontractors to ensure output meets Project  technical, cost and schedule objectives.
•  Establishes baselines deliverables and Engineering work requests.
•  Recommends to Project  manager, subcontractor authorizations for new work and changes to baselines.
•  Evaluates Project  cost and schedule variances and implement corrective actions.
•  May manages cost accounts for procurement of Engineered materials.
