Job Description

Head of Analytics, Commercial StrategyLondon (Hybrid) | £120,000 - £150,000 + Bonus + EquityA rare opportunity to own pricing, commercial analytics, and growth strategy within a fast-scaling fintech business. You'll work closely with senior leadership to drive revenue growth, optimise customer propositions, and shape key commercial decisions.The CompanyThis high-growth fintech business is using technology, data, and analytics to transform how consumers access products through flexible subscription models. With strong backing, impressive growth, and ambitious expansion plans, analytics sits at the heart of decision-making across the organisation.The RoleYou will lead commercial analytics and pricing strategy across the business.Responsibilities include:

  • Owning pricing strategy and experimentation
  • Analysing unit economics, profitability, and growth opportunities
  • Supporting new commercial partnerships with pricing and financial modelling
  • Partnering with Product, Finance, Risk, and Commercial teams
  • Building scalable analytics tools and frameworks
  • Presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in commercial analytics, pricing, strategy, or growth analytics
  • Advanced SQL and Python skills
  • Experience working with large datasets and experimentation frameworks
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business decisions
  • Background in fintech, lending, ecommerce, subscriptions, or digital businesses preferred
