Customer Care Advisor (Part-Time)

We are seeking an organised, personable Customer Care Advisor to join our team at Thistle Equine on a part-time permanent basis. This role will be based at Syke Farm with potential to move sites if required.

Thistle Equine brings together the expertise of Avondale Equine, The Equine Vet Clinic, and MBM Equine to offer outstanding care across Central Scotland. With decades of experience, state-of-the-art facilities, and a dedicated equine-only team, we support horses at every stage of life—from family companions to elite competition athletes.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.
