The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services directly to customers at their locations.
• Conduct a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of light vehicles.
• Manage personal stock, complete necessary reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Independently assess and resolve vehicle issues, making appropriate decisions for each customer's needs.
• Represent the brand with pride, providing exceptional service and advice to customers.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician with diverse light vehicle work.
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
