Mental Health Counselor Supervisor
Location: North Dakota
Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
Job Summary
Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking North Dakota clinical supervisors who can help developing clinicians build confidence in their clinical work. This role is ideal for licensed providers who value clear communication, ethical practice, and consistent professional guidance.
Through Gotham’s Find a Supervisor feature, clinicians can locate supervisors who match their licensure path, location, specialty, and supervision needs. By joining the platform, North Dakota supervisors can support clinicians who are ready for reliable supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and case consultation
- Support ethics, documentation, treatment planning, and professional growth
- Help supervisees strengthen clinical confidence
- Follow North Dakota supervision and licensing requirements
- Maintain organized supervision records
- Active North Dakota clinical license in good standing
- Eligible licenses may include LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, LICSW, or other approved independent clinical license
- Must be qualified to provide supervision under North Dakota board rules
- Supervision experience preferred
