Residential HVAC Outside Sales Representative

Andy's Statewide Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Residential HVAC Outside Sales professional to lead in-home comfort consultations across Michigan. In this field-based role, you'll respond to company-generated leads, assess residential heating and cooling needs, recommend tailored system solutions, and present clear, written proposals. You'll build trust with homeowners, explain financing and warranty options, and close sales while collaborating with install teams. Ideal candidates bring strong residential HVAC knowledge, consultative sales skills, a clean driving record, and a commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess residential HVAC needs and comfort issues
• Develop and present customized heating and cooling solutions and proposals
• Educate homeowners on equipment options, efficiency, warranties, and financing
• Follow up on company-generated leads and self-generated opportunities
• Use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
• Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure accurate job execution
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, professionalism, and brand reputation
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Participate in ongoing product, safety, and sales training
• Provide responsive, respectful communication and service to homeowners
