Enterprise Architect - AI-Led Transformation (GCP/Vertex AI/Gemini) - 90-130K plus 10% bonus + benefits

Can you shape a transformation road map with a client's executive team in the morning and show engineering teams how Agentic AI will work in production that afternoon?
 
A global technology and business transformation consultancy is hiring an Enterprise Architect to lead change across Customer Operations, Marketing Operations and AI-enabled business processes. You'll be a trusted advisor to clients. You'll define the future-state architecture, influence where technology investment goes, and lead enterprise-scale AI adoption on GCP, Vertex AI and Gemini.
What you'll do

• Own the target architecture, technology roadmaps and transformation strategy across several programmes at once
• Work with client leadership to turn business goals into practical technology strategies
• Drive adoption of Agentic AI, Generative AI and Hyper automation
• Support governance, architecture reviews and executive decision-making
• Guide delivery teams and mentor architects and technical leads

What you'll bring

• 10+ years in Enterprise or Solution Architecture or Technology Transformation, including large-scale programme delivery
• Hands-on GCP, Vertex AI, Gemini and Agentic/Generative AI experience
• Customer Support/Contact Centre Operations experience (essential)
• A good understanding of Salesforce (Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud), plus API-based enterprise integrations
• Confidence with senior stakeholders and in multi-vendor environments
• Desirable: Marketing Operations, Agentforce, Data Cloud, TOGAF, or Google Professional Cloud Architect/Salesforce Architect certifications
