Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is support strategy, organizational change management (OCM), and process management initiatives. This role sits within the Organizational Change Management pillar and is a backfill supporting increased scope across the organization.
Key Projects: This role will contribute to develop and deliver organizational change management artifacts, including communications, presentations, videos, infographics, change impact assessments, quick reference guides, and stakeholder engagement materials. Partner with stakeholders to drive adoption and alignment across initiatives. Specific projects are confidential and may not be shared.
Candidate Requirements
Disqualifiers: Candidates who primarily have program/project management experience without demonstrated end-to-end Organizational Change Management leadership experience will not be competitive. Sponsor noted previous candidates claimed OCM expertise but lacked foundational change management knowledge and hands-on execution experience. Candidates should also have full 18 months of available tenure.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Organizational Change Management (OCM) & Communications Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting change management initiatives by developing comprehensive communication materials, managing SharePoint sites, reporting on change management progress, and contributing to change strategy for process improvement, digital transformation, reporting and analytics and data governance. This position requires creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to drive change adoption and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Communication Development & Content Creation
Create communication drafts, infographics, and videos to raise awareness, build engagement, and drive adoption of change initiatives.
Develop compelling visual and written content to explain the rationale (case for change), benefits, and key milestones of projects.
Ensure that all communications are aligned with the organization's messaging and tone, effectively conveying change objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and feedback, ensuring relevant and impactful messaging.
2. SharePoint Site Management
Design, create, and maintain SharePoint sites, ensuring that the content is visually engaging, informative, and user-friendly.
Implement innovative ways to present content and engage users on SharePoint, including interactive elements, multimedia, and updated site navigation.
Ensure that all SharePoint content is up-to-date, easy to navigate, and reflects the latest project information.
Develop visual content and curate resources (videos, FAQs, case studies) that support ongoing change initiatives.
3. Change Management Reporting
Create and maintain change management reports that outline the progress of initiatives, including:
o Number of projects being supported
o Status of change initiatives
o Case for change development and progress toward achieving change outcomes
o Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) tracking and measurement.
Provide regular updates on change adoption metrics, stakeholder engagement, and change readiness assessments.
Develop change management guides to support change management on reporting & analytics, digital transformation, data governance, and org efficiency.
Help in developing training and support materials for end-users to facilitate smoother transitions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
8-10 years of experience in Organizational Change Management and Communications roles.
Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive communication plans, including written content, infographics, and video production.
Strong expertise in SharePoint site design and content management, with a creative approach to enhancing user experience.
Solid understanding of change management principles and methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) and the ability to track and report on change initiatives.
Experience with reporting on KPIs and OKRs, using data to showcase the impact of change initiatives.
Strategic thinker who can design and implement change management strategies, including stakeholder management, resistance mitigation, and communication planning.
Strong proficiency in design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, PowerPoint, Powtoons, Synthesia etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Project management experience with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Certification in Organizational Change Management (Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
Previous experience working in large-scale change initiatives within tech-driven organizations or cloud environments.
