Position: ServiceNow Delivery Manager

Location: Springfield, IL

Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 15+ years of experience.
• 12–16+ years of overall IT experience with significant delivery/program-management experience.
• 6+ years of experience delivering ServiceNow, ITSM, enterprise-platform, or digital-transformation engagements.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and implementation lifecycle.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional and geographically distributed delivery teams.
• Strong experience managing scope, schedules, financials, resources, risks, quality, and dependencies.
• Strong customer and executive stakeholder-management capability.
• Experience managing Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery models.
• Strong understanding of SOWs, scope management, change control, and commercial governance.
• Experience with program governance, RAID management, release management, and service transition.
• Ability to manage multiple ServiceNow projects or workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
