Master's Programs Admissions Coach

We're seeking an experienced master's programs admissions coach to work with applicants preparing to apply to graduate school. This role includes helping clients with school selection and application strategy, developing and editing essays, refining their resume, preparing for interviews, guiding letters of recommendation, and navigating financial aid & scholarships, secondary review, and waitlist strategy. Coaches also support general exploration for clients still narrowing down their program or path. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with the graduate admissions process, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping clients present their strongest candidacy. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.
