About the Job- We are looking for an experienced Oracle ICM Business Analyst/ Product Owner to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle ICM, Agile/Scrum, Business Analyst along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.

 

Job description:

  • Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Own the product backlog, prioritize features, and work closely with business and technical teams.
  • Configure and support Oracle ICM compensation plans, rules, quotas, credits, and calculations.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and IT stakeholders to improve incentive processes.
  • Lead UAT, defect resolution, and production support.
  • Identify process improvements and ensure solutions align with business objectives.

 

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle Incentive Compensation Management (ICM).
  • Experience with incentive compensation, sales commissions, and related business processes.
  • Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and Agile/Scrum experience.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
