  • Customer Engagement: Develop programs and strategies that strengthen retailer and customer relationships while improving the overall product experience across mobile, digital, and physical retail channels.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Own the product lifecycle from concept and launch through ongoing enhancement, optimization, and eventual sunset, ensuring the product continues to deliver measurable customer and business value.
  • Revenue & Growth: Identify opportunities to increase adoption, expand market share, improve profitability, and develop new revenue streams through product and marketing initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Present product strategy, performance, insights, and recommendations to senior business stakeholders and drive informed decision-making across the organization.

  • Experience partnering closely with engineering, marketing, sales, merchandising, and operations teams in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong understanding of retail marketing and customer engagement strategies.
  • Experience using product and customer analytics to measure performance, identify opportunities, and drive product decisions.
