We're seeking a skilled technician for a leading roadside assistance and automotive services provider with over 125 years of trusted experience, dedicated to keeping drivers moving across the UK through innovation and exceptional member support.

The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics for a diverse range of vehicles.
• Provide emergency breakdown support, offering quick and confident solutions to members.
• Start and finish your working day from your own home, with demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week.
• Undertake fault-finding, tyre changes, battery replacements, and more, ensuring member satisfaction.
• Act as a proud ambassador for a nationally recognised and trusted brand.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.
• Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure while problem-solving.
