IT Administrator - Onsite Systems & Network Support

IREN is seeking an IT Administrator in Sydney to provide first-level technical support and maintain IT infrastructure. You will resolve issues via phone, email, and in-person, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems, and escalating complex issues when needed.

The role requires 3-5 years in IT administration or system support, knowledge of Windows/Linux, and experience with AD, M365, and virtualization. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
