Business Development Manager - Solar

What You'll Do

• Grow and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify sales opportunities, conduct effective qualifying calls, and close new business
• Visit customers to understand their needs and match them with the right products and services
• Meet budgeted sales and margin targets across your assigned customer base
• Work collaboratively with branch managers, regional managers, and branch teams
• Maintain excellent supplier relationships to support customer outcomes
• Promote and contribute to a positive safety culture-identifying hazards, reporting risks, and supporting a safe workplace

What You Bring

• Proven sales experience with demonstrated success in business development or account management
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• A customer centric mindset and ability to build meaningful, long term relationships
• Solid product and industry knowledge-technical experience ideal
• Self motivation, resilience, and a results driven approach
• A commitment to safety, teamwork, and representing our values with professionalism
