Job Description

Must-Have

  • Must have Product Owner experience with Banking/Financial Services domain, especially Cards, Contact Center, Digital, or Fraud.
  • Must have experience with GenAI/LLM solutions and one or more platforms such as Salesforce, Pega, IVR, Chat, or Digital.

Job description:

  • Product Owner Experience
  • Some domain experience (cards, contact center)
  • For the Senior Product Owner for Transform (i.e. replacing Punit) -
  • They will be covering SalesForce, Pega, IVR, Chat, Secure Message and Digital. So experience in one or more of these areas would be useful.
  • Experience deploying Gen AI solutions (i.e. custom LLMs and AWS/SF/Pega out of the box solutions).
  • For the Fraud Digital Person -
  • Web/App Experience
  • Fraud process experience (i.e. Merchant Disputes, Fraud Cases)

Product Vision & Strategy:

Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and roadmap aligned with business strategy.

Collaborate with business leaders, customers, and subject matter experts to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives.

Drive product decisions based on customer needs, market trends, and business value.

Ensure alignment between product objectives and organizational goals.

Backlog Management:

Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring items are prioritized based on value, risk, and dependencies.

Create, refine, and maintain user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

Continuously evaluate and reprioritize backlog items to maximize product outcomes.

Define and communicate sprint priorities to development teams.

Agile Delivery:

Serve as the primary point of contact for Scrum teams regarding product requirements and priorities.

Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Clarify business requirements and remove ambiguities for delivery teams.

Accept or reject completed work based on predefined acceptance criteria.

Stakeholder Management:

Engage regularly with business stakeholders, customers, and technology teams.

Gather feedback and translate business needs into product enhancements.

Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and product performance to senior leadership.

Facilitate alignment among cross-functional teams.

Product Performance & Customer Experience

Define and track key product KPIs and success metrics.

Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and business outcomes to drive improvements.

Identify opportunities for product innovation and optimization.

Champion customer-centric design and user experience best practices.
