The Role

• Act in a lead capacity in the absence of store management.
• Provide exemplary customer service and support to shoppers.
• Unload trucks, receive, and stock merchandise according to company processes.
• Maintain store appearance, including stocking, facing, and building displays.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle cash collection.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and essential administrative tasks.

What You'll Need

• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and understand cash handling procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety policies, cash control, and security practices.
• Experience with cash register operations and merchandise presentation.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with at least six months of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow plan-o-gram and merchandise presentation guidance.
