Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer with 10+ years of experience to build and enhance rules-driven healthcare applications for a clinical pharmacy program. The role involves designing and developing .NET services, implementing business rules using a rules engine (InRule preferred), and writing high-performance SQL Server / T-SQL code.

Responsibilities

•                 Design, develop and maintain applications using .NET / C#

•                 Develop and tune SQL Server objects (stored procedures, functions, views) and optimize T-SQL queries for performance

•                 Author, configure and maintain business rules in InRule or similar rules engines

•                 Translate healthcare / clinical pharmacy business requirements into technical solutions

•                 Use GitHub for source control, branching, pull requests and code reviews

•                 Leverage GitHub Copilot to accelerate development while maintaining code quality

•                 Collaborate with BA, QA and client teams through UAT and production support

Requirements

•                 10+ years of software development experience with strong .NET / C# skills

•                 Strong SQL Server / T-SQL experience, including query optimization and performance tuning

•                 Rules engine experience - InRule preferred; other rules engines (e.g., Drools, ODM, Corticon) acceptable

•                 Healthcare domain experience is required; clinical pharmacy / PBM experience strongly preferred

•                 Hands-on experience with GitHub (version control, PRs, workflows)

•                 Experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools

•                 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
