Job Description

Title: Data Engineer (Snowflake / Databricks)

Location: South Florida (Hybrid/Onsite) - LOCALS

seeking a Data Engineer to help build a modern Customer 360 platform that powers machine learning, AI, and real-time customer intelligence initiatives. This is not a traditional BI or data warehouse-focused role.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and support scalable data ingestion, transformation, and integration pipelines.
  • Develop streaming and batch data solutions using modern cloud technologies.
  • Create machine-learning-ready datasets and domain-oriented data products.
  • Integrate customer data across multiple platforms to support Customer 360 initiatives.
  • Contribute to Lakehouse architecture and data modernization efforts.

 

Required Experience

  • Strong experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks.
  • Experience with Spark, PySpark, and modern data engineering practices.
  • Hands-on experience with streaming technologies such as Kafka or similar platforms.
  • Experience designing scalable cloud-based data platforms.
  • Customer 360, loyalty, hospitality, gaming, retail, travel, or consumer data experience is highly desired.
