This initiative reflects our commitment to providing high-level care and innovative treatment for young patients. The Role • Organize and structure the daily clinical routine to ensure a smooth flow for patients and staff. • Conduct co-therapeutic sessions, building on themes from individual and group therapies. • Provide immediate crisis intervention and support in acute situations. • Lead therapy groups focused on skill-building, social competence, and relaxation techniques. • Actively contribute to the development and implementation of care plans for children and adolescents. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as an educator, residential care worker, or therapeutic educator (m/f/d). • Experience in psychiatric care or residential group living is advantageous, but not essential. • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for working with young people. • A respectful, professional, and empathetic approach towards patients and their families. • A keen interest in continuous professional development and learning new approaches.
