The Role

• Oversee Human Resources initiatives for over 1,300 employees across key distribution hubs.
• Partner with management to identify talent needs and implement recruitment strategies for critical roles.
• Develop and coach an HR team focused on building and supporting a high-performing distribution workforce.
• Collaborate with distribution leaders to execute HR processes and programs aligned with business objectives.
• Drive HR strategy to build and develop the teams that power the company's distribution network.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory capacity.
• Prior experience in recruitment within a distribution or warehouse environment is advantageous.
