Human Resources Manager

As a Human Resources Manager with Aramark in the accommodation and food services sector, you will lead unit-level HR operations supporting frontline and supervisory teams. You will oversee staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and retention while ensuring consistent application of HR policies and labor law compliance. You'll manage employee relations, performance management, and corrective actions, and coordinate training and development. Working closely with unit leadership, you will champion Aramark's culture of service, safety, inclusivity, and continuous improvement to create positive experiences for employees, clients, and guests.
