Commercial Marketing Manager


Location: Telford
Contract: 6-month Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
Working Pattern: 4 days per week, with 1 day working from home
We're looking for an experienced Commercial Marketing Manager to join a well-established organisation on a 6-month maternity cover contract.
This is a varied, commercially focused role where you'll take ownership of marketing activity across several key product areas, driving revenue, customer engagement and brand experience.


The Role
  • Develop and deliver seasonal and annual marketing plans aligned with wider business objectives.
  • Lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, websites, social media and partner channels.
  • Drive online and in-store sales through targeted campaigns, promotions and product launches.
  • Manage customer acquisition, retention and engagement campaigns.
  • Develop compelling marketing communications and customer lifecycle strategies.
  • Optimise ecommerce activity and the overall customer journey.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse commercial KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with internal creative, digital, commercial and operational teams.

About You
  • Proven experience in commercial or consumer marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, ecommerce and customer lifecycle management.
  • Experience planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns with measurable results.
  • Confident analysing data and translating insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.


Experience within retail, sport, entertainment or membership-based environments would be advantageous.
