We are seeking a dedicated Vascular Assistant to join a leading healthcare provider and a central hub for specialized medical care in Schleswig-Holstein. This role is based within a highly regarded group known for its extensive network and commitment to advancing medical treatments and patient well-being, particularly in surgical and neurological fields.

The Role

• Coordinate patient appointments and the scheduling and planning of vascular surgical procedures.
• Manage the logistics of vascular-specific materials and implants, coordinating special orders as needed.
• Support wound care, participate in wound consultations, perform blood draws, insert IV cannulas, and assist in vascular surgical interventions.
• Prepare medical reports and conduct sonographic examinations under physician guidance.
• Document medical actions, contribute to administrative tasks, and help improve practice workflows.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a completed vocational training as a registered nurse, medical assistant (MFA), or a comparable medical-nursing qualification.
• Preferably, hold a Vascular Assistant certification (DDG) or be willing to pursue training as a Vascular Assistant or Endovascular Assistant (EVA).
• Demonstrate a strong interest in vascular medicine and patient-centered care.
