Job Description

  • 7+ years of experience with CP4BA / Business Automation Workflow (BAW/BPM)
  • Strong hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing CP4BA BAW solutions
  • Expertise in BPMN 2.0 (Business Process Model and Notation)
  • Experience with Business Process Diagrams (BPDs), routing, gateways, loops, and workflow design
  • Hands-on experience developing Coaches and Coach Views
  • Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills for UI customization
  • Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML, JSON, and AJAX
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data management
  • Experience with Case Management and Decision Services
  • Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes
  • Experience with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting of BAW applications
  • Strong understanding of enterprise workflow automation and business process management
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
