Job description

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

  • Lead the design and development of complex electrical boards, including single board computers, FPGA, switch, and input/output cards.
  • Provide technical leadership in translating customer requirements into system architectures and hardware solutions.
  • Oversee hardware testing, qualification, and troubleshooting to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Drive engineering best practices to enhance product performance, reliability, and time-to-market.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in defense embedded systems and hardware design.
  • Proven experience in leading technical efforts and guiding complex hardware designs from concept through production.
  • US Citizenship required.
