The Role

• Support the planning of architecturally sophisticated construction projects for private, corporate, and public clients.
• Assist in the design and conceptualization of projects, considering aesthetic, artistic, and sociological aspects.
• Aid in the preparation of building documents and detailed, construction-level planning.
• Coordinate and supervise construction companies, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence.
• Document the construction process.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) Baccalaureate or a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• Willingness to complete an aptitude test post-application.
• Passion for the creation process of buildings.
• Interest in urban planning, landscape design, economic, and political aspects of architectural design.
• Strong mathematical skills and spatial reasoning abilities.
• Artistic inclination, good self-expression, and manual dexterity.
