Join Our Team! ECCO USA LLC is excited to hire Call Center Sales Agents for our Home Warranty Sales Program supporting HomeServe! If you enjoy talking to people, making sales, and working in a fast-paced call center environment, this could be a great fit for you. MUST HAVE CALL CENTER SALES EXPERIENCE AND MUST BE PROFICIANT WITH COMPUTER NAVIGATION.

What You’ll Be Doing
Making outbound calls to existing HomeServe customers
Cross-selling and upselling HomeServe home protection products
Educating customers on benefits, coverage, and savings
Accurately documenting calls and sales
Meeting quality and performance expectations

Paid Training:
1 week 10a-630p
After Training:
10a-630p
✅ What We’re Looking For
Call center and/or sales experience preferred
Strong communication and customer engagement skills
Comfortable with outbound sales calls
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work onsite in Sanford, FL
Background check required
